IRIS Life Coaching Program
In order to best serve you, I developed a gently
rigorous 4-week program called IRIS, where each letter stands for a step in the self-
discovery/healing process. As with all my work, I ask that you submit a signed
permission form before any work begins.
Sound Healing
As a Certified Sound Healer, I am able to help my clients balance energies located in their biofield. I do this using tuning forks especially calibrated for each Chakra center and augment treatments with crystals and /or essential oils to stimulate healing. Please note: certain medical conditions are contraindicated for this therapy.

Distance Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. As a Reiki practitioner, I use various hand positions to be a conduit for "universal life force energy" use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Chakra Balancing and Suggested Healing Rituals, and Gemstones
The Chakras are ancient centers or "wheels" where we hold aspects of our power. Each Chakra corresponds to a specific part of the human energy system and is associated with the health and wellbeing of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Balancing this system is essential in order for us to live with authentic purpose.
